Notes:
Memorial Park in Simsbury has more of a relaxed, local park feel than a traditional baseball complex. It’s a nice setting and generally an easy place to watch a game.
Parking is usually manageable, though it can get a bit tighter during busy times. The biggest advantage here is the location—you’re close to the center of town, so grabbing food or finding a bathroom nearby isn’t difficult if you’re willing to take a short drive.
There’s some shade depending on where you set up, but it’s not consistent, so it’s still a good idea to come prepared—especially on hotter days. There’s also a skate park on site, which can be a nice option if you’ve got siblings looking for something to do between games.
This setup works well for single games or shorter stretches.
Summary:
A simple, low-key field in a great location—easy for a quick game, but you’ll want to plan ahead for amenities.
